They consistently show up with the Login button if I add them to the
preop.configModules section (and they show up in the Supported
section). They consistently do not have a login button if I only add
them to the module database (so they show up in the unsupported section
of the config page).
I don't know why they don't show up with a Login button in the
unsupported section of the page.
