The patch made sure that the UID is displayed first. I tested out the patch to work.

ESC displays the auth fields in the order they are received. It has been
determined that the latest TPS has been sending them in the wrong order.
This was convenient while under the hood assisting cfu with some external reg issues.
This simple fix merely assures that the UID will be displayed first by the UI.
The params for ldap auth have not changed in the life of the product, thus this simple
solution should suffice even if the params should change in any way in the future.
With the latest TPS the ESC auth dialog has displayed the password field before the UID
field.
This patch addresses this in the simplest fashion by modifying the class that presents the
field
data to the client to make sure that UID field is encountered first.
