This looks nice.
It enforces that the value is present or else it throws an exception.
Also the exception prints out the config value we were trying to find.

One thing to keep an eye on is to make sure our other connectors are behaving as we polish
TPS.

It has been tested on both format and enrollment operations to work.
One thing to note is that there is no longer a default ca "ca1" if the
configuration is missing. I think it should be done this way as the
configuration is expected to be done correctly and the program will
then find the setting.
