I believe systemd is headed to Debian 8 and a future Ubuntu release
but it's not there yet. The suggested change should be simple so I
don't think it should block this patch in its current form.
Hopefully it does not exasperate Timo too much.
It's only a problem if you use the new pki-server instance-start/stop
command on Debian/Ubuntu. We can always use the distribution-specific
command to start/stop the instance.
