[Pki-devel] Interface doc changed (version 0.4)

Hi all, Based on feedback from Jack on some KRA servlets, I have made a few small modifications to the interface docs and flows. In particular, added a couple flows for key generation and storage on the DRM (server-side key gen), and key recovery when nAgents=1.
