[Pki-devel] [PATCH] Get DOGTAG_9_BRANCH GIT repository in-sync with SVN namesake

This patch is for Dogtag 9 ONLY, and resolves the following bug: * *Bugzilla Bug #796006* <https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=796006> -Get DOGTAG_9_BRANCH GIT repository in-sync with DOGTAG_9_BRANCH SVN repository . . . The spec files have been altered within this patch so that the following new Dogtag 9 packages can be constructed: * dogtag-pki-theme-9.0.11-1 * dogtag-pki-9.0.0-10 * pki-core-9.0.18-1 * pki-kra-9.0.10-1 * pki-ocsp-9.0.9-1 * pki-tks-9.0.9-1
