There is a version check in there? Is this needed?
Other than taking care of that.
If the subsystems have been tested to work.

Looking through 67K lines one by one might be somewhat counter productive :)

This patch has been tested to verify that CA, KRA, OCSP, TKS, and TPS
instances that were previously configured and tested would continue to work
under this newly renamed package (including testing by running a new
tpsclient).
