ACK, looks like you have all the elements we discussed.
The properties lists which you changed in LogFile.java are used in the
display of the configuration in the console. Looks like there are no
changes in the console though. We need to file a ticket to change the
console accordingle, and we might want to deliver the old ".events"
property for backwards compatibility.

New patch attached. The code has been generalized to provide audit
resource for all subsystems. The audit events from the old TPS config
have been copied to the new TPS config. The events are now stored in 3
lists: mandatory, selected, and unselected. The LogFile has been updated
to read the new event lists.
