[Pki-devel] [PATCH] 760 Fixed invalid TPS VLV indexes.
The TPS VLV indexes have been fixed to use the correct vlvScope
(i.e. one level). The unsupported minus sign in vlvSort and the
redundant vlvEnabled have been removed.
