these got removed from master, so that's fine
I removed all the rest as it was discussed on irc that they were not
needed (the dll can be downloaded with a script by the admin).
But now there are a few other files that I needed to delete:
base/server/setup/web-app_2_3.dtd
base/tps-client/apache/docroot/esc/sow/js/lightbox.js (CC-BY 2.5 isn't
DFSG-free..)
so again lightbox.js probably needs to be pulled manually by a script
post-install..
