[Pki-devel] [PATCH] Rename pki-tps-tomcat to pki-tps

Please review the attached patch which addresses the primary purpose of the following ticket: * PKI TRAC Ticket #1017 - Rename pki-tps-tomcat to pki-tps <https://fedorahosted.org/pki/ticket/1017> This patch has been tested to verify that CA, KRA, OCSP, TKS, and TPS instances that were previously configured and tested would continue to work under this newly renamed package (including testing by running a new tpsclient).
