When we have the scenario of deleting a token that
has certs recovered from another cert.
I think what we are doing here is ok, but I'd like for us
to think about any possible side effects of this. This is due to
the fact that we could still have tokens in the db marked as "destroyed" or
"permanently lost" or whatnot , that USED to own one of the deleted certs.
