o change all *PKI_TPS*strings to *PKI_TPS_CLIENT*

o in the changelog, change 'mharmsen(a)redhat.com' to
'jmagne(a)redhat.com'
* *pki/specs/pki-tps-client.spec*
o in the global overview, change 'This took' to 'This tool'
o delete all changelogs with the exception of the newly added
changelog message
