Looks like the many script loads have been moved into one single
page. And the individual pages such as certs and tokens now rely upon
a new "Page" class with a "load" method instead of being loaded in
each individual "certs.html" or "tokens.html".
Correct.
Still progressing on the curve of this UI though.
