Looks nice, ACK.
Looks like the many script loads have been moved into one single page.
And the individual pages such as certs and tokens now rely upon a new "Page"
class with a "load" method instead of being loaded in each individual
"certs.html" or "tokens.html".
Still progressing on the curve of this UI though.

Previously the TPS UI would reload the JS libraries and CSS files
every time a page is opened. The pages have been simplified such that
it will only contain the necessary elements of the page. A new Page
class has been added to the framework to define page initialization.
