Whats in the patch so far is fine, but there are several things that are
missing.
1. There is still logic in the installation scriptlets for handling
pki_skip_configuration and pki_skip_configuration.
This code should be removed.
2. Both the above parameters still show up in default.cfg
3. All the actual GUI pages need to be removed.
I know you proposed doing 3 in 10.2.1. Thats fine, but 1 and 2 should
be done as part of this patch.
