[PATCH] 0030 Add pkispawn config option for ldap profiles
This patch introduces a pkispawn config option to specify whether to use file-based or LDAP profiles. File-based profiles (the existing behaviour) are the default.

ACK. There are some other things that need to happen when pki_profiles_in_ldap=True: * remove profile.* entries from CS.cfg * don't deploy the profile configuration files into the instance folder Let's do this in a separate patch. -- Endi S. Dewata
