As per IRC, modified default.cfg to make the subsystem cert nick and subject dn subsystem agnostic and changed a couple of parameter names. Also determined that no further changes are required for the registerUser interface as it already checks for existing users. Acked by Endi and Christina. Pushed to master. In shared tomcat instances, we need to share the subsystem cert and not create a new one for each additional subsystem added to the instance. In addtion, if the instances share the same database, then only one pkidebuser should be created with the relevant subsystem cert and seeAlso attribute.
