As discussed over IRC, the errors and warnings should always be displayed (not just in verbose mode) and they should be directed to System.err instead of System.out. Other than that it's ACKed. Here is a new ticket about allowing the user to decide what to do about the errors/warnings: https://fedorahosted.org/pki/ticket/491 -- Endi S. Dewata
