[Pki-devel] [PATCH] 959 Fixed build problem on RHEL.

The CMake create_symlink commands do not work on RHEL if the source does not exist yet, so they have been replaced with regular ln commands. Pushed to master under trivial rule. -- Endi S. Dewata
