[Pki-devel] [PATCH] remove pki-proxy-setup
Please review the following patch which resolves:
* PKI Ticket #1492 - remove pki-proxy-setup

Besides removing 'pki-proxy-setup', this patch actually removes the
entire 'pki/base/setup' directory including the 'pkicommon.pm' shared
Perl module as it is no longer needed.
