[PATCH] 839 Updated PKI server logging service to use SLF4J.

The PKI server logging service has been modified to utilize SLF4J. This allows the admin to use the logging framework of choice. https://fedorahosted.org/pki/ticket/195 This patch depends on patch #834. -- Endi S. Dewata
