[PATCH] 25 Fixed DRM REST interface to use BigInteger.

Revised the patch to use KeyId and RequestId classes which internally use BigInteger. -- Endi S. Dewata
Revised the patch to allow null ID as in the original code and to add Python test case for invalid ID. ACKed by Ade.
