The start(), stop() and restart() methods in PKIInstance have been modified to provide a unified way to manage instances using different types of Tomcat installations: * generic Tomcat * standard Tomcat on Debian * nuxwdog-enabled Tomcat on Fedora/RHEL * standard Tomcat on Fedora/RHEL The deployment tool has been modified to provide a parameter to specify the Tomcat home for the instance.
