[PATCH 019] Temporary silence InsecureRequestWarning

Hi, this patch for https://fedorahosted.org/pki/ticket/1253 silences the InsecureRequestWarning. The decorator makes it possible to silence only our request calls. Other libraries aren't not affected. Christian
