Reconfigured nightly tests to run ONLY IPA tests (#5)

- Since COPR has been configured to do per-commit based
automated builds, there is no use in having nightly builds.
But, IPA smoke tests will need to continue running based on
what we have in COPR.

- Configured this repo to run against BOTH `10.6` and `master` branches
